At Foxa Impex, we strive to provide high-quality products that meet our customers’ expectations. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.
General Return Policy
We accept returns for standard, non-customized products within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@foxaimpex.com with your order details and reason for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or personalized items, such as our custom varsity jackets, as these are specifically tailored to your requirements.
- Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper care, or wear and tear.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color (for standard products), please reach out to us at info@foxaimpex.com. We will guide you through the exchange process, subject to availability.
Custom Orders
Please be aware that custom-made products (such as custom varsity jackets) are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. Since these products are tailored specifically to your requests, we cannot accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.
